Yup.
However, you should (must?) be lead in the previous version or at least get the permission of the lead of the previous version. Just because I have a dev account shouldn't mean that I can register HTML_QuickForm4.
You are right, looks like I have only developer status on HTML_Common, though I told Bertrand that I need the rights to register a new major version... Bertrand, can you fix this and make me a lead developer of HTML_Common?
