Tip to devs regarding Changelog and comments in bug system

Hi, as people can notice by looking at my latest commit to pearweb, that now in changelogs and bug system comments, #343 is converted into #343 Thus I encourage people to write: - Fixed bug #324 bunch of typos in their changelog so it gets linked from there to the bug report, so users can more easily access those reports that were fixed :) This also applies to the bug system. -- Regards Helgi
