(a) don't have to user need to use setBlacklist()That's good, but I think if the user called setBlackList, it means he needs to change the defaults, so I think you should modify setBlackList()
(b) if the user uses setBlacklist() without arguments have aIf the user called this function, it means he needs to change the default, So i guess no need for the default parameter. Make it required. Anyway this is just my own opiniondefault set.
