Dear package maintainer, we are sorry to tell you, that the recent release 0.4.0 of the package HTML_CSS has been pulled by the PEAR QA Team. The release needed to be pulled because of the following reason: The version name is incorrect. The version state has to be appended to ther version number for releases other than stable. This would have been HTML_CSS-0.4.0beta. Please fix the abouve stated issues and release the package again. Thanks a lot for your appreciation.
