Operating system: Linux 2.4.6
PHP version: 4.1.0
PHP Bug Type: PEAR related
Bug description: problems with vars in /usr/local/bin/pear
Running pear from the shell generates some warnings, notably things like:
<b>Warning</b>: Undefined index: HOME in <b>/usr/local/bin/pear</b> on
line <b>67</b><br>
This is because line 67 is looking for $HTTP_ENV_VARS['HOME'], but under
the new ini settings for 4.1.0, that should read $_SERVER['HOME'] ... at
least I think that's what it should be.
