I've tried that. No way.
Another email is a good solution, but the rule is more than strange.
Is it kind of common for php.net developers to use "Add comment"
instead of "Developer" tab? =) And why this is obligatory to use
just "Developer" tab if you have php.net email?
I wish I have so much time to write such "error-hanlders" =)
