Hello pear-dev,
How about to give every developer a wiki page with personal notes
and tracker. That would help collecting informatin about work in the
progress, post QA and users requests. Wiki page will allow to
interlink between different bugs, will provide summary for package
problems and their resolutions, reflect work in a progress, future
plans, blocking issues from other developers, FAQ's and other public
information.
