I don't see the result of Martin's job, but let consider 2 kinds of docs. The current
phpdoc way documentation and an enduser doc, enduser means people who really dont care about
internal pear problem but still want to use pear. Tomas Tutorials are a good start.

It's exactly what I mean.
Nexen has already made a very good work for the french translation of the php doc (btw available in
a very nice book).
As I said several threads ago, documentation is A MUST :). A good way is to use by default all local
php mirrors in their local langage, for documentation, infos and local stuffs.
