Category RSS feeds

Hello, Can some one help me find the Gtk category RSS feed. It isn't http://pear.php.net/feeds/cat_gtk.rss or any other reasonable URL that I have tried. I looked through site code in CVS and the best that I can come up with is that category::isValid() is returning false. function isValid($category) {

    global $dbh;
    $query = "SELECT id FROM categories WHERE name = ?";
    $sth = $dbh->query($query, array($category));
    return ($sth->numRows() > 0);
