Greets...
I few weeks ago I started work on the most complex PHP/Perl web
access logger. In this case "the most complex" mean that it will try log
every information that it is possible to get.
Than I found PEAR. I want to ask this community, if there is a
need for something like this. I can release it as a standalone PHP scripts
(as there are meny around the world), but I think it will be much more
productive to make it as PEAR component.
I glance at existing components and many of them are only simple
object without any other parts. I have also SQL scripts. It will be stored
near source codes?
Project itself is one object to access registering but I also plan
simple PHP application for viewing statistics. Is something in this style
PEAR compliant, or no? I read documentation and FAQ but I'm not sure about
this.
Thank you for answer.
