Thanks for fixing this bug/feature request for XML_Util. I had another question concerning XML_Util. I was curious why the method XML_Util::attributesToString() has a sort option. Seems like overkill to me. Attribute order seems to matter little in XML, and if the user wants to sort their attributes they can do it in their own code space. It's probably to late to yank it now, but regardless I'd like to know why the default argument for the sort option is TRUE. I'd prefer FALSE. Especially becauser there's no way to modify this behavior in XML_Util::createStartElement(), which utilizes XML_Util::attributesToString(). /a On Wed, 29 Dec 2004, PEAR Bug Database wrote: > > ID: 3047 > Updated by: schst@php.net > -Status: Wont fix > +Status: Assigned > Type: Feature/Change Request > Package: XML_Util > Operating System: GNU/Linux > PHP Version: 4.3.4 > -Assigned To: > +Assigned To: schst > New Comment: > > I'll add this to createTagFromArray but not to createTag and > createStartElement, as this will make things more complex.
