There are lots of API docs broken for recent releases, such as Net_Monitor. I've also seen others, but I don't remember exactly which package.
I sent some e-mails about this a couple weeks ago and Martin (mj@php.net) got back to me. Apparently they installed the PHP5 command-line interpreter and it's not compatible with phpDocumentor. He said (on 12/23) that he was going to switch back to PHP4. I thought it would be fixed by now ... I'm cc-ing this response to him. -Nikolas Coukouma
