I've got the same problems. Was unable to get even notifications from
bugreporting system. ML messages missing with 50% probability. From
approximately 22th of December till 3rd of Jan I was almost completely
blocked from ML.
I remember some messages titled "Spam to the pear-cvs list gone?"
Maybe it is somehow connected?
