minor setback, timewise

Hi, I figured out an easy way to avoid having to do extensive mods to pearweb in order to support package.xml 2.0, but it required modifying the way the core download features worked with xml-rpc. I now have to modify each test that uses xml-rpc to download a package (completed all downloader tests, installer tests left, and install command tests) This results in a minor time setback. I'm now estimating that everything will be done by Feb. 1. This includes mods to pearweb and PEAR_PackageFileManager. PEAR_Frontend_Web I have not even started to look at. Greg
