Whoever relies on spamcop to *block* email deserves to be
punished severely. Not receiving lists.php.net traffic is a
start.
The spamcop concept is broken *so* fundamentally that I could
not care less, if lists.php.net were listed there for
eternity.
- Sascha (speaking for himself and suggesting *not* to
contact spamcop, unless you want to negotiate a
permanent whitelisting)
