[PEPr] Changes in proposal for Benchmarking::Benchmark_RUM

Hi, doing it manual, as no automatic broadcast took place :( bertrand Gugger (http://pear.php.net/user/toggg) has edited the proposal for Benchmarking::Benchmark_RUM. Change comment: More calculations mode are now available, not only diff between start and stop snaps cumul in differents format, but also count, min, max. A next step will incorporate memory_get_usage() and microtime() in the available resources indicators. The rendering is still brutal print_r(), but work goes on in this area.
