[PEPr] Comment on Database::DB_Model

Sean Coates (http://pear.php.net/user/sean) has commented on the proposal for Database::DB_Model. Comment: I like this idea -- it's very useful. I have a (pet)project that could use this code. Please don't let this proposal die. I also agree with re-using the DB_DataObject constants. I would, however, prefer to see those split from DataObject.php (into a file that only defines these), to reduce bloat if only using DB_Model (and not DBDO).
