Hello PEARs.
I'd like to roll out Mail_Mime 1.3.0RC1 in the next week or so.
The package was (mostly) abandonned for a long time. The last release (1.2.1) was on 2002-07-21. I've fixed many bugs in the past weeks (and I've yet to draw up the changelog, but I will).
There are still two bugs that I don't have the skills to fix. They deal with "non-standard" encodings, and I just don't have much experience with this -- I don't even know how to build reliable test cases in (e.g.) cyrillic.
Here they are:
http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=2415
http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=30
I'd appreciate any feedback others might have so I can get these resolved.
This package is WAY overdue for a release. So, if no one comes up with a solution for these, I'll release without them, but I'd REALLY like to start 1.3.0 with a clean slate.
Sorry. I hate to ask others to do my work. (-:
Thanks,
S
