I need info about PECL config.m4
In module under PECL, there are modules that does not have
config.m4. If module has config.m4, it requires --with-module_name
even if FAQ states ./configure is just enough for building
PECL modules.
My guess is just getting rid of "if" block for --with or
--enable option is enough for PECL modules.
I suppose I'm right about it.
