Trackback news.

Hi all! For those who care about trackbacks, some new features: Martin updated the pearweb installtion to Services_Trackback 0.4.0 [1] (which now implements all trackback features). I added a new page, where you can find all trackbacks available on pearweb, and, if you are logged in, can approve or delete them [2]. Then I started to get against trackback spam, which is currently discovering pearweb. Every host on the web may now send a maximum of 3 trackbacks in 10 minutes to pearweb. Just some info on that. If the trackback spam amount does not get lower, I think about implementing a blacklist check. Btw. about 40 informative (approved) trackbacks have been received so far.
