[PEPr] Comment on Images::Image_polygon

Philippe Jausions (http://pear.php.net/user/jausions) has commented on the proposal for Images::Image_polygon. Comment: As is, I don't see much interest in this package. If you were to transform it into a "shape creator" that would return the list of linked points for any shapes (standard, or none) then yes, maybe.
