I'm afraid there's nothing applicable yet.
I just put together a country-to-timezone map out of
/usr/share/zoneinfo and comitted it as I18Nv2_Timezone - as ICU
seems to just have translated TZ names for the regarding country.
Maybe not what you're looking for, but - as always - contributions
are *very* welcome. ;)
