David Kendal (http://pear.php.net/user/davidk) has commented on the proposal for Mango::Mango.
Comment:
This project may or may not be PEAR, so I do not see the point in a name
change until I am certain it is PEAR. (Pears and Mangos?)
.phps will not be available until I have a working Interpreter for Perl
and Python, which will be the examples provided in the code.
Perl and Python are EXAMPLES, they will not be designed for mass usage.
(although it may work with a perl-2-php thing that would hopefully work.)
They will use a method looking like this:
create a file with the perl/python code in=>exec('perl'); the file=>delete
the file.
