Hi all,
As Sara noted a while back, package.xml 2.0 was completely undocumented. As of right now, that is no longer true. The docs will be located at:
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/guide.developers.package2.php
and they include a special section for PECL developers. Naturally, since I wrote these docs myself with little input, those with karma for peardoc should feel free to revise/rephrase/improve the language and clarify things.
Now to document all the specific changes in PEAR 1.4 so we can go beta...
Greg
