[PEPr] Comment on File System::class_dir

Matthew Fonda (http://pear.php.net/user/mfonda) has commented on the proposal for File System::class_dir. Comment: You may want to review the PEAR coding standards. There is a lot of code there, including the package name, which does not follow the standards. Also, the GPL is not compatible with PEAR. Consider choosing a different license, such as the PHP license. I don't personally see the need to have a package like this in PEAR, most tasks it handles can be accomplished in a few lines of PHP code anyways.
