Hi,
Just decided to go straight to the source and ask you Greg :-)
Thing is, pear install -f package.xml on package xml files that contain
Þ in my name fail ... but work just fine if I use Þ
This is kinda puzzling me since iirc Daniel C. was telling everything to
use Þ kind of chars in their names.

Now is this only a pearweb issue, xml_rpc that is or is this resolved or
what ? :/
I'm soon doing a RC release of Cache but I need to know this before so I
don't have to pull the release later on.
