[PEPr] Comment on Math::Math_JAMA

Paul Meagher (http://pear.php.net/user/pdm) has commented on the proposal for Math::Math_JAMA. Comment: The JAMA package has 5 decompositions that could be integrated into the PEAR_Matrix package. I would recommend using the A, m, n convention to make this easier. You would need to add eig(), svd(), lu(), chol(), and qr() to the base Matrix class.
