I'm just now recovering from the backlog of messages (pear-dev is really
busy these days), so sorry for the response delay (and direct-mailing).
XML_RPC2 is almost ready, with the design I've discussed with Greg a few
months ago. I still don't have the xmlrpc extension backend written, but
I will move XML_RPC2 into voting anyhow. It's 100% functional (using a
PHP backend), and I'll do more harm than good if I let it stay on my
desk another couple of weeks until I write the extension-based backend.
Cheers,
