Searching for Lost Package System::System_Serial

Hi, In late September to early October of last year, Teemu Nappi proposed the package System_Serial to this list and in PEPr. You can find the proposal at: http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=149 At the time, the package was rejected due to CS issues, other developers' concerns not being addressed, and lack of documentation. Unfortunately, the author's website has gone down (all links on the proposal are broken) and his email address now bounces. I've been unable to find this source code through web searches, and I've contacted several people who commented on the proposal. I still have not been able to locate it. I have a use for this package and I'd appreciate if someone who has a copy could either send it to me or make it available somehow. Also, if there is interest, I will try to correct the issues with the package for possible reconsideration. Thanks in advance for your help.
