Hi all, long time no see.
People have been sending and making patches to the Validate_US package
for a while now. These are pretty important changes. Apparently, I'm the
maintainer for Validate_US since the Validate package split into little
validatelets. My question is, how am I supposed to make a release? The
release page indicates that I do not have permission.
