I finally realized that the TestFileLoader is not an implementation of
PHPUnit2_Runner_TestSuiteLoader but an extension to
PHPUnit2_Framework_TestSuite that adds one convenience method.
I have added this method now to the PHPUnit2_Framework_TestSuite class
(no need for a separate class) for PHPUnit 2.3.0.
