Hi all,
Just to keep aware that i've finished to implement the full
multiple label system in the next major version of HTML_Progress2.
I plan to release it on the PEAR website as a Release Candidate in next days just after HTML_CSS 1.0.0RC1, that is also in good way to a publishing (isn't it Klaus ?).
Even if they are lot of changes in this major version of HTML_Progress2,
i don't think users will be lost. Of course i have to rewrite the full documentation, but i have time before the final 2.0.0 (stable).
RC1 is quite stable. I've myself runs lot of tests since february 22nd.
If no bugs are found one month after the RC1, i will publish the final 2.0.0 with the final guide (perharps into PEAR doc too).
I've to rewrite some parts done with phpDocumentor 1.3.0RC3, to be compatible with phpDocumentor 1.2.3 ( i think especially to @examples tag), because it seems not to work with pear auto-generation process.
Remember my problems since release 1.2.0 of HTML_Progress (included the final guide/tutorial)
I got (again today) 404 error with versions 1.2.0 and 1.2.1 docs at
http://pear.php.net/package/HTML_Progress/docs
1.2.0RC3 and previous docs were written with phpDocumentor 1.2.3
1.2.0, and 1.2.1 docs were written with phpDocumentor 1.3.0RC3
i maded a lot of examples in previous releases, and again in this new version, so i plan :
- to split all examples from main package (core class and unit tests)
into a subpackage available to download on my own site, to reduce size
I realize that all examples are not welcome for all (or not necessary).
Feedback on this question are open (and welcome) from all !!
Please don't hesitate. I'm ready to hear everybody .
regards
Laurent Laville
