There's a call-time pass-by-reference in HTML/Form.php which will result in
an annoying warning-message. This will take care of it.

Anyways, what's the plan for HTML/Form.php? Is it deprecated in favor of
HTML_OOH_Form and HTML_Quickform?
What's the idea behind the display* and return* methods?
I've made a subclass which uses HTML/Table.php for the output. It allows for
better control of the output (through subclassing HTML/Table.php and
supplying the derived class to HTML/Form.php). Would this be of interest?
