I'm wondering... It seems to me that the end user should rarely, if
ever, see an error message. The error messages are really there for the
developer. I personally don't display errors if I can help it. I provide
a message stating that an error occurred, someone has been notified, and
perhaps a suggestion as to what they can do (wait, etc.).
Just out of interest, does PHP natively support multilingual error
messages? Not wanting to look like an ignoramus, but I've only ever
needed to provide error messages in English.
