We don't know of any. The fine thing about standards is that their
implementations tend to work fine across the board.

Most likely we'd have to add them to some directory in the pearweb CVS
module.

The weekly build takes place around Sunday, 12:00 UTC. Thus you should commit
your stuff at least 2 hours before. (Don't forget to test your changes with
"make test" before committing.)
