Working on a proposal for Image_Color2

I put together some additions (RGB->HSV and RGB->HSV) to Image_Color and contacted the lead maintainer a couple of times to see about getting them included. Not hearing anything, I got a bit frustrated and had some time so I've refactored Image_Color to take advantage of PHP 5's OOP features. For lack of a better name, I'm calling it Image_Color2. It supports RGB color conversion to and from different color models through delegate classes. Hex, WebsafeHex, Named and HSV are "finished" and I'm working on HSL and Grayscale right now.
