The peardoc directory contains already a configure/makefile taken from phpdoc.
After downloading the sources, just type:
autoconf
./configure
make
(jade has to be installed!)
The HTML files reside in the html dir of the peardoc dir. The easiest starting
point for you is maybe, that the HTML can be easily formated with css (take a
look on the source). Other kinds of transformation is not trival, i would be a
good idea to talk with the people on the phpdoc mailinglist to get further
information.
