Hi!
Can somebody (Martin?) explain me why:
I write in xml-files
<?xml encoding="KOI8-R"?>
but in HTML I get :
<META
HTTP-EQUIV="Content-type"
CONTENT="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
Why ISO and not KOI?
