Some cvs errors.
1 - pear/Net_DNSBL (http://cvs.php.net/pear/Net_DNSBL/)
cvs update: pear/Net_DNSBL/Tests/testNetDNSBL.php is no longer in the
repository cvs update: pear/Net_DNSBL/Tests/testNetDNSBLSURBL.php is no
longer in the repository
Because ...
pear/Net_DNSBL/tests
pear/Net_DNSBL/Tests
both exist and only the first of these contain the 2 tests. The
directory pear/Net_DNSBL/Tests is superfluous and should be removed.
2 - pear/PEAR_PackageFileManager

cvs update: nothing known about

I think there is something VERY strange going on here. The CVS for the
folder above is empty. I am getting this error on a completely clean
install of Cygwin.
