Then you should rather look at
http://cvs.php.net/pearweb/public_html/bugs
.. that's already using the
PEAR::DB package, you can probably redo it with LiveUser for user
management (for project admins and similar) and maybe with PEAR::Mail
Probably not much more you can use, maybe html_quickform for forms but
I'm not sure if it's good to venture that far :)
