***IMPORTANT*** Please note that the code within is identical to the earlier release, which was pulled. It had been packaged using a buggy earlier version of PEAR (1.4.0RC1), and as such did not have a valid package.xml. This error was fixed, the release re-packaged, package.xml double-checked for validity, and re-released.
