I checked it once. I've tried again with and without it checked and it
fails with that error.
Just now I logged into pear.php.net/went to my package's page
(DB_DataObject_FormBuilder), clicked "Edit", then clicked "Save"
without doing anything (wiki checkbox unchecked) and it says:
ERROR:
* DB Error: already exists
So it sounds like it's trying to insert instead of update for some reason.
