gentoo just switched the complete layout of net-www/apache and merged
dev-php/mod_php and dev-php/php to dev-lang/php. this is an ongoing
progress, php5 was never stable in gentoo. hopefully it will get stable
once the merge-process is finished (dev-php/* is now masked, dev-lang is
still marked unstable).
