I'm going to make the following edits to Services_JSON (http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-votes-show.php?id=198) in response to the conditions placed on votes: 
    - Dropping enc() and dec() alias methods
    - Renaming to "Services_JSON" in docblocks
    - Renaming constants to match
    - Removing PHPUnit dependency
    - Removing parentheses with "require" in test file
    - Adding spaces around all operators
    - Removing "(backslash)(backslash)"
