Updating pearweb doc for Archive_Tar

I want ot update/write the documentation of the Archive_Tar package in pearweb and just don't
want to do mistakes or break some automatic processes. Can you please confirm that I have to (or
not) :
- Update the STATUS file in pear/peardoc/en/packages by adding Archive_Tar in 'w' progress
- Write the documentation in pear/peardoc/en/packages/file/Archive_Tar.xml file (creating this file)
- Update the pear/peardoc/en/packages/file.xml file for adding the Archive_Tar package
Thanks to check if I'm right.
