Hello,
I wrote this pearfrontend with ippfp which supports HTML, NCURSES, GTK and PDF
but it is more a survey than really usable.
The specific is that the decision of what format to use will be made at
runtime and not at coding time.
However, it could be interesting for someone.

ippfp is a set of php-classes aimed at building interfaces quickly and
indepently from output format (xhtml, pdf, gtk, ncurses). It is still in
(alpha) development.
