[QFams] preview of release 1.1.0

Just to keep aware those who have interresting by HTML_QuickForm_advmultiselect. I've implemented a new feature (new buttons) that give ability to : - select all item in one stroke - unselect all items - toggle a selection source code is available into PEAR CVS [1], with a new example [2] that demonstrate the new feature. Demo is on my site [3]. I've only tested it with IE 6 SP2 and Firefox 1.0.7 All others platform and browser compatibilty test are welcome. Don't hesitate to notice me any problem you may encounter.
