Validate_RO

Hello, I have written a validation class for Romanian bank account number and for personal numerical code (like SSN). If the code respects the PEAR standards please include the class in PEAR package. The code is on alpha stage. I have tested it on my websites and work well. I never used the cvs, so please don't blame me if I send the *.php file.
