Just wondering if anyone had any more comments on my re-proposal of the Math_Polynomial class:

I'd like to call for votes sometime next week unless anyone else addresses any other concerns
about the class.
In particular, Joshua Eichorn, Firman Wandayandi, Davey Shafik, and Justin Patrin, you guys voted
on/commented on the first proposal, so if you guys have any comments on this re-proposal it would be
much appreciated.
