I found a BSD-licensed feedforward NN class floating around on the
web. I reorganized it a little, documented it, converted it to PCS.
Are people interested in this as a PEAR package? There's the FANN PECL
package, but it's not stable and hasn't been updated in years.
Would a neural net class belong in Math or Structures?
